Payment and cancellation policy I acknowledge that I am requested to lodge a security deposit of $2500 to cover any damage to the Motorcycle that will be ridden by me. I also acknowledge that I will be liable to pay for any damage to this motorcycle caused by me up to this amount. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Final payment is required 30 days prior to your departure date. Cancelling after booking confirmation, but prior to your final payment, your 20% deposit is non-refundable. If cancelling after final payment has been received: More than 21 days prior to departure date - 75% is refunded. Between 21 and 14 days prior to departure date - 50% is refunded. Between 14 and 7 days prior to departure date - 25% is refunded. Less than 7 days prior to departure date - No refund. No exception to this policy can be made for any reason. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
