| Description | The Canning Stock Route or CSR is the last "Great
Off-road Ride". With over 1600km between towns this is as remote
as adventure riding gets. We only take 5 hire bikes and 5 tag-alongs
on this trip so 'First in Best Dressed'. Flights from Perth to
Halls Creek are included for the South run and flights from Halls
Creek to Perth included for the North run. The Southbound trip is slightly
easier but only by a whisker. This ride is no walk in the park.
Leaving Wiluna after day 2 from Perth we hit the sand and the
Adventure starts. Each night we camp by a well or a water hole
so there is a chance to rinse the dust out of your teeth. This
tour is so remote that we take two support trucks. There are 5 passenger seats available for those that don't ride or if you and a mate want to share the riding. WARNING: This is not a normal motorcycle ride. This tour requires elements of endurance and stamina. Riders must be able to ride in adverse weather conditions and adverse road conditions. These roads are some of the roughest and most remote in the world. Riders must be physically fit, mentally strong and able to cope with adversity. |
