
Tour Bookings
Your booking can be made by contacting us by phone, by fax, via email or by using our online booking service.
Once your booking has been received in our office we will contact you to confirm your details, then once your payment has been processed we will ship out your information pack. Once your full payment has been made we will send your your helmet audio kit with full instructions on how to fit it to your helmet.
Please make your booking well in advance as each tour usually gets booked out well in advance. If you are booking the Across Australia tour you should try to book at least 3 months in advance so we can arrange land access permits.

Conditions
All riders must comply with Outback Adventure Treks rules and regulations, sign an indemnity form and have an unlimited motorcycle licence.
Our tours operate in remote areas and the operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to road, weather, operational or safety considerations.
The operator is not responsible or liable for any loss of damage of personal belongings or for personal injury, accident or illness, however caused. We can help you arrange travel insurance if required. Tours may be cancelled due to weather conditions but this is extremely rare.
Safety
All our guides are trained in senior first aid and carry a handheld satellite telephone. In addition our support vehicle is equipped with a Royal Flying Doctor medicine chest for any emergency. You will be briefed on conditions daily and supplied with a detailed safety manual.
Payment
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment for the tour is required 30 days prior to departure.
